Avonworth Varsity Baseball dropped a tough one to Plum Thursday, April 17th  3-1, for their second loss of the season. Case Latore laced a run-scoring triple, and Jackson Krul threw 4 scoreless innings, but Plum kept the Lopes at bay with tough pitching and stingy defense.

Avonworth returns to action next Tuesday with a trip to East Allegheny, and then we celebrate Senior Night as we host East A Wednesday, with ceremonies starting at 4 prior to the 4:30 start time.
